I can no longer call Joshua my little “Mr. 6-teeth.”  Now, he’s Mr. 7-teeth.  Joshua’s first molar is poking through, & the other looks like it won’t be too far away.  So he’s got 5 teeth on top but still just 2 on the bottom.  Most little ones his age have lots more teeth, but I’m fine with him being a late developer in the tooth department because it’s fewer teeth to interfere with breastfeeding!

Joshua is gradually becoming a better talker & is pretty good at saying “bye bye” rather than just waving.  He’ll even say “bye bye” on the phone, which his grandmas enjoy, even though his favorite way of communicating on the phone is by pressing the buttons.  Josh still uses sign language to communicate & has added some new words to his vocabulary.  Hopefully he’ll keep this up & soon be the little chatterbox I know will be (& then I’ll probably try to get him to keep quiet!).

Aunt Vanessa is coming tomorrow for a few weeks.  We’re excited to have her come visit!
